Papa por papa: A TODO app built from a neurodivergent-first perspective

A non-conventional TODO app: instead of listing tasks, it breaks any project into micro-steps shown one at a time, designed for people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 1) and ADHD. Every design decision is grounded in documented clinical research (habit neuroscience, Insistence on Sameness, the What the Hell effect). In the live demo I’ll show two things: (1) an interactive research map — a radial graph where each behavioral rule (R-1 to R-10) links to the paper that backs it and to the technical decision it produced; and (2) the deployed app — creating a project, watching the LLM decompose it into micro-tasks (“papitas”), and a per-user virtual key being issued on the fly.
